Public self-registration is currently disabled. Contact the administrator to obtain an account.
Your first database #
New accounts with write access receive a private database automatically, for example RYS_DB_29. You can rename it in My databases. Read-only accounts receive no ownership permissions. Memberships and the default database selected by the administrator are preserved.
First steps #
An account starts in the free Free variant and can work without Google Drive. Free is limited to 100 active full-size photos and 100 MB of files stored by ENTOMONE. After Google Drive is connected successfully, the account automatically uses the free Standard variant. Drive stores files and backups, not the application's active database. Later postpones the reminder until the next login.
After connection, use Add record, Upload or the web Field notebook on your phone. After your first record, you can create a site from it, reviewing and confirming its details yourself. The Android app is in preparation.
