ENTOMONE

Clear usage rules

ENTOMONE usage rules

ENTOMONE is free to use. Google Drive is not required to begin working.

Work without limits with Google Drive

Without Drive, you use Free. After connecting Drive, you move to Standard. Your records are not lost during this change.

The Free limit covers photos and used storage

Both limits apply at the same time. Deleting an active photo frees one place in the photo count. A file in the 30-day Trash still uses storage until it is permanently removed.

A synchronisation failure must not remove data

If a file cannot be sent to Google Drive, the saved record and local file remain in ENTOMONE. The local copy may be removed only after a verified upload.

Donate is voluntary support

Donate is not a subscription, does not unlock features and does not increase limits. Contributions are not being accepted yet. The mechanism will be enabled only after clear rules have been prepared.

Without Google Drive

Free

You can start using ENTOMONE immediately, even if you do not have Google Drive or do not want to connect it yet.

  • up to 100 active full-size photos,
  • up to 100 MB of files stored by ENTOMONE,
  • JPEG photos: quality 78 and a size of up to 1600 x 1200 px,
  • no time limit.
With Google Drive

Standard

After a private Google Drive is connected successfully, the account automatically uses Standard.

  • Standard is free,
  • full-size photos, exports, backups and a database copy are stored in your Drive.

Data and privacy

ENTOMONE stores the data needed to maintain a private records database. Google Drive is connected through the user's Google account without giving the Google password to ENTOMONE. Details about data, retention and account deletion are provided in the Privacy Policy.
